Our report on Syngenta Foundation's activities in Kenya was featured on SRF.

SRF Regionaljournal Basel has published a report on our investigation into the activities of the Syngenta Foundation in Kenya. Editor Lisa Garberson asks again why the foundation is considered a charitable organisation in Basel and therefore tax-exempt. Like local politician Christoph Hochuli, she gets no answer. SRF's request to the government was blocked, again on the grounds of tax secrecy.
